Ingredients: Powdered Alfalfa, Black Walnut, Hibiscus, Irish Moss, Liquorice root, Marshmallow root, Mullein flowers, Oats straw, Passion flower, Psyllium seed, Pumpkin seed, Slippery elm & Witch hazel.

Dosage:   

2 Capsules at least once per day. Dosage can be increased for maximum benefit to 2 Capsules per 20kg bodyweight. Drink 7-8 glasses of water per day while using HF&D.
